Volunteering connects the UNM pack with local schools, nonprofit organizations, and community services. People with diverse skills, cultural backgrounds, ages, and abilities strengthen UNM’s capacity to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Our students also understand and proudly accept this charge. Organized by the ASUNM Community Experience, they volunteer to make our campus and community a better place through annual activities like Fall Frenzy, Spring Storm, blood drives, food drives, the Giving Tree, and more.
